My Review of Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle - A Plan That Will Help You Get in Shape

In this article, I am going to review Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, so that you can decide whether this is a guide that you should buy if you are looking to improve the way that you look.


As I review Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, I want to start by talking about the author of this book. His name is Tom Venuto, and he is a well respected bodybuilder and personal trainer. But don’t let the bodybuilder part scare you into thinking that this program is just for muscleheads and that you will get all big and bulky while you are on it. While you can get really big if that is your goal, you don’t have to. This book will show you how to build any amount of muscle you want. And make no mistake, it is important for EVERYONE to build muscle. Why? Because the more muscle you build, the more fat you will burn. This goes for men and women, and women who are concerned about getting “too big” shouldn’t, because this will only happen if you take supplements like weight gainer.


As I continue to review Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle, I want to look at a couple of the specifics that Venuto covers in the book. He talks about the foods that you should eat, and those that will guarantee that you stay fat. He also goes into detail about supplements.


Overall, this book is very helpful to anyone looking to improve their fitness. My only criticism is that at 340 pages, it is a big long.
