Neal Donald Walsch’s Conversations with God Book 1 focuses on the everyday individual challenges that we have in life. It shows or describes how we can view life from a different perspective, and really be happy with ourselves. In the book, Neal feels that he is having a conversation directly with God. Neal asks God a lot of tough questions about everyday life. The questions that he puts forth to God are ones that we don’t normally get answered by anyone in our daily lives. You may find this book fascinating because it fills in the gaps left by a lot of our traditional religious belief systems. He offers us a fresh perspective of life without the restrictions placed on us by the society and belief systems that have structured our thinking along a narrow path.

I feel that this book is written for all of those people who need a fresh look at life. Haven’t we all heard the same story about how life is supposed to be? The things that we have been taught by the societies we live in don’t always make sense. Those ideas may leave us with a feeling of running in circles without ever getting the real answers to our questions. This book gives you a great big WOW, and you get the feeling that the right answers have been given, and are now available to you.
This book is not about religion or the Bible. Keep an open mind while reading it, and don’t judge where the ideas are coming from, just listen to the ideas. Everyone can gain insights from this book. Most great truths in life can usually be explained in simple terms. We, as human beings can at times make life more complex than it really was meant to be.
