Tracy Anderson's 30 Day Method Reviews

The 30 Day Method is a fitness and body toning book written by Tracy Anderson, a former ballet dancer and a highly popular celebrity trainer who worked with such stars as Gwyneth Paltrow to help them achieve a Hollywood-ready body. In this book, Anderson strives to show you how you can get a more slender and toned body.

The idea of this program is to help women (the target audience of the book) get a tight, slim body like dancers have, unlike the more bulky look which is attributed to other programs. I don’t really believe that most women need to worry about getting bulky due to their genetics but this is still a touchy subject for many women.

The book has a unique fitness concept at its core: the author claims that to avoid the bulky look you need to work on the supporting muscles and not the bigger muscle groups primarily. This is supposed to help you get a toned, compact physique. This is something that seems to be somewhat contrary to what other experts are recommending.

The 30 Day Method includes a variety of workout programs that are shown with accompanying pictures. The program also includes a meal plan which provides a selection of detailed recipes. The meal plan is divided into two sections of 25 days of eating according to the recipes followed by a 5 days body cleanse in which you eat special cleansing foods.

The book has overall positive reviews and endorsements. While it’s not perfect and it may not be right for everyone, Tracy Anderson does provide a way in which you can change how you look in a relatively short time.
